Track revenue, profit, hours, and mileage

← All topics
1
Business dashboard
Open the More menu and tap Analytics (on the web app, it's in the left sidebar). The top of the screen shows your total Jobs, Estimates, and Invoices, with how many are done, accepted, and paid.
2
Revenue
The Revenue chart shows the money you've collected over the last 6 months, the last year, or all time. Revenue is based on when payments were received, so it reflects cash in hand — not just what you've billed.
3
Revenue and hours by period
Pick Week, Month, Year, or All to see revenue and labor hours for that period. Tap Details → for a breakdown of the payments received, hours by job, and expenses in that period.
4
Profit and expenses
The Revenue & Profit section and the Profit Summary subtract your expenses (including job expenses) and mileage deduction from paid revenue to show your Net Profit. Expenses by Category shows where your money is going.
5
Mileage and export
The Mileage section totals the trips you've logged on jobs. Under Tax report, pick a year and tap Export Tax Report to get a spreadsheet for you or your tax preparer. It has a Summary (gross receipts, expenses grouped by IRS Schedule C line, standard mileage versus actual vehicle costs, and net profit), plus Income (every payment received, with sales tax split out), Expenses (with receipt links), a Mileage Log, 1099 Contractors and Open Invoices. Everything is cash basis: money counts on the day it was received or spent.
